Often if the claim is going to go for longer than a month, hotel accommodation will no longer be suitable and ICAB can supply policyholders with a short, medium or long term rental property during the displacement from their home. Within an hour of the claim being passed to the Rentals Team from the Hotel Team, it is allocated to a sympathetic and dedicated fully trained lettings negotiator. They will assist the policyholder in every aspect of locating and sourcing a rental property, arrange viewings, and handle the financial aspects whilst ensuring the property fits within budget and policy limits.
ICAB advance the money for rentals, allowing policyholders to get into their property as soon as possible. We supply a single invoice for all elements relating to the rental ensuring the entire process runs smoothly.
We charge a one off management fee for this service which is extremely competitive. We are confident this covers all the paperwork and administration involved in dealing with client requirements and extensions during the rental period.
